Boston Spa town centre can be reached in less than 5 minutes, where you’ll find a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants situated in and around town.

A journey to Wetherby by bike takes around 20 minutes, and when you consider traffic and the time it takes to park, that could often be quicker than a journey by car!

Your new homes at Shires Grove are conveniently located between National Cycle Network (NCN) routes 67 and 665! Many local roads are lightly trafficked.

NCN 67 forms part of the Transpennine Trail, which can be accessed in less than 15 minutes from your new home, via Winnow Lane! If you head south along the NCN 67, you’ll reach Leeds in less than an hour!

There is also a completely traffic free section of Route 665 of the National Cycle Network, which can be accessed within 10 minutes from Shires Grove, via A659 to the South East.  This route travels North towards Wetherby and then on to Harrogate further to the West.
